AWANA KIDS PROGRAM

Awana Has Moved to Sunday Nights
From 4:00 - 6:00 pm
1st Night of Club will be Sunday, September 10

At First Baptist Spencer, our AWANA ministry offers a fun and effective way to learn the Bible with Scripture-based programs and exciting games that promote Bible literacy and help kids develop lifelong faith in Christ. We offer programs for ages 2 through 6th Grade.

  • Puggles - 3 - 4 years before Kindergarten, must be potty trained. Puggles is a program to introduce young children to what they
    need to know most about God and His love! It communicates the four Big Truths from the Bible that form a strong first impression of
    God, His love for us, and our response to His love.

  • Cubbies - 4 and 5 year olds. At First Baptist Spencer, preschoolers have a special program just for them. Children, who are 4 years old by September 1st of the current enrollment year and potty-trained, can join in the fun of games, puppets, crafts, stories, song time and other activities with kids their age led by loving leaders and directors. AWANA Cubbies is a two-year program for 4 and 5 year olds.

  • Sparks - Grades K-2. Sparks ignites the curiosity of early elementary-age kids to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ. They enjoy exciting games and spending time with leaders and friends!

  • T&T Girls and T&T Boys - Grades 3-6. At an age when kids are being pulled in every direction, T&T provides a solid spiritual foundation. Help keep Bible study and evangelism high priorities in their lives with T&T.
    . Sparks and T&T will need the price list found below.

Instructions for online registration (using Chrome browser seems to work best)

  1. After clicking the link you will be taken to a screen with 3 boxes. 

    1. Church ID: for our church it is fbc

    2. Email:  enter the email that you gave us when you registered your child in the past

    3. Password: leave blank at this time

  2. Enter the Church ID:  fbc

  3. Enter your email: whichever email you have given us at registration previously (if you have an error stating that email is not in the system then see below)

  4. Click “sign up”

  5. A pop up will appear stating that a verification code was sent to your email.  Click OK and then check your email and enter the code

  6. You will be taken to a screen with 3 boxes

    1. Family Name: make sure this is correct with YOUR family name, either just last name or parents names and last name

    2. Password: create your password

    3. Retype Password:  just what it says

  7. Once you create the password you will be taken back to the original login screen.  At this time enter church ID (fbc), your email and password and select login

  8. You will be taken to a screen with a list of the names of the children on your account.  If there are no children listed, then select the button that states “New Individual”. 

  9. Click on a name on the list and you will be taken to a screen to verify or change information.  Please verify or change any of the fields as appropriate. Once finished select the save button and you will be returned to the list of children.  The one that you just selected should now have a date by their name under the last reg column. 

  10. After you have completed that for each child please click the Done button.

  11. A screen will come up that looks like an error screen stating that it is offline, that is expected.

If your email is not in the system follow these changes to above:

  1. On the first screen in the Password box you will need a verification code specific to our club

  2. Enter the Church ID (fbc), enter your email, enter code 1234

  3. You will then get a pop up stating that a verification email was sent to the email you provided. Check your email and enter the code.  From there, the directions are the same as above starting in step 7

Do NOT worry about the charges and payment area.  We are not setting that up in this portal at this time.

 
 

AWANA MATERIALS ORDERS 2023-24 PRICE GUIDE

Dear Parent:

In order to facilitate your child's enrollment in Awana we have compiled the following price list/order sheet for your child's needs. Uniforms are not compulsory but do add to your child's sense of achievement and belonging at Awana Club. No child will ever be turned away because they cannot afford dues. Please feel free to ask about financial assistance for any of the following needs. $15 enrollment includes book, fees and (uniform for Cubbies only) per child.
